Constitution: "No bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed."

Posted: 29 Jun 2009 10:57 AM PDT

United States Constitution Article 1, Section 9, Paragraph 3 "No bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed." 1. Bill of Attainder means: Any law which will....stain a person's character....extinguish any persons' God-given rights....any law which will forfeit freedom, natural rights or property of person without protection of trial by jury....and any law passed by the lawmakers which ATTAINTS any person in any manner which violates the U.S. Constitution. To ATTAINT any person is to: Accuse or find guilty any person of breaking a law where NO person's life, liberty, or property has been taken or harmed. One example of a law of ATTAINDER: Seat belt laws Seat belt laws are not only enforced to generate money (your property) but they are also used as probable cause to pull you over so they can ask you for your insurance card. This is no less a crime than racketeering between the states and the insurance companies. Note: when they charge you with "speeding" they are actually charging you with a pre-crime. Did you harm anyone's life, property, or liberty under the definition above? They are assuming a future crime. Who did you harm when you "didn't wear your seatbelt? This is where jurors need to step in and acquit but then again you won't get a jury trial for not wearing your seatbelt because it is not considered a crime. More accurately it's abuse of power and extortion by those in authority. - RadarPress

Buchanan: Climate Bill Is Transfer Of Wealth To World Government

Posted: 29 Jun 2009 10:21 AM PDT

During an appearance on MSNBC, political commentator Pat Buchanan correctly defined the "Climate Bill" for what it really is, not just a new tax on the American people, but a complete transfer of power and wealth to a global government that is using the manufactured fear of global warming to grease the skids for total domination. Referring to the passage of the climate bill and global warming in general, Buchanan said that the legislation was passed through the use of fear and that, "More and more scientists are coming forward to say this is a hoax and a scam which is designed to transfer wealth and power from the private sector to the government sector and from the government of the United States to a world government. Which is what we're going to get in Copenhagen when we get this Kyoto two agreement." Buchanan labeled the legislation a "tax bill" that would raise the prices of utilities for every American, hammer the middle class and working class, "for a danger that we don't even know is really there". The former senior advisor to three U.S. presidents accused the Obama administration of hyping the apocalyptic myth that the oceans will rise and that cities will be underwater in order to ram through the legislation........

Study sees fatalism behind some risky teen behavior

Posted: 29 Jun 2009 10:20 AM PDT

Chicago -- Nearly 15% of teenagers think they are going to die young, leading many to drug use, suicide attempts and other unsafe behavior, new research suggests. The study, based on a survey of more than 20,000 young people, challenges conventional wisdom that says teens engage in risky behavior because they think they are invulnerable to harm. Instead, a sizable number of teens may take chances "because they feel hopeless and figure that not much is at stake," said study author Dr. Iris Borowsky, a researcher at the University of Minnesota. That behavior threatens to turn their fatalism into a self-fulfilling prophecy. Teens who thought they would die early were seven times more likely than optimistic teens to be subsequently diagnosed with AIDS. They also were more likely to attempt suicide and get in fights resulting in serious injuries.......

Struggling cities cancel Fourth of July fireworks

Posted: 29 Jun 2009 10:18 AM PDT

Reporting from Euclid, Ohio -- Mayor Bill Cervenik has spent a lifetime celebrating the Fourth of July curled up on a blanket in this city's Memorial Park beneath bursts of fireworks across a darkened Ohio sky. People have long considered the fireworks a treasure of this Cleveland suburb, where flags fly year-round in neighborhoods of bungalows and stores post signs for passersby to "support our troops." But the fireworks and singing along to "The Star-Spangled Banner" on a warm summer night -- and the police and firefighters needed to manage the 30,000 people who turn out -- don't come cheap. So this year, Euclid will have no fireworks. "I'm 55 years old and I can't remember not going to one of these," Cervenik said........

RED ALERT: The Total Takeover Of America Enters Its Final Phase

Posted: 29 Jun 2009 09:42 AM PDT

The wholesale looting of America and the transfer of wealth and power over to a private banking elite who are setting up a world government, along with the complete obliteration of any remaining freedom to protest, resist, or even speak out against this agenda, is now entering its final phase as numerous different pieces of the jigsaw puzzle fall into place and portray a clear picture of tyranny. We are about to sound the death knell for the United States if every one of the following attacks on our liberty, free speech, sovereignty, and right to not be ruled over by an unelected banking dictatorship is not fiercely opposed and crushed. RED ALERT 1 The passage of the "Climate Bill" by the House and its likely approval by the Senate represents the entrée for the complete and total subjugation of any freedoms we had left and the beginning of nightmare regulation and suffocating control over every aspect of our personal lives by millions of green stasi tasked with enforcing impossible to attain goals of 80% carbon dioxide reduction - all based on the manufactured threat of global warming.........

N. Korea: U.S. Plotting Pre-Emptive Nuclear War

Posted: 29 Jun 2009 08:08 AM PDT

North Korea criticized the U.S. on Monday for positioning missile defense systems around Hawaii, calling the deployment part of a plot to attack the regime and saying it would bolster its nuclear arsenal in retaliation. U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates has said he ordered the deployment of a ground-based, mobile missile intercept system and radar system to Hawaii amid concerns the North may fire a long-range missile toward the islands, about 4,500 miles away. "Through the U.S. forces' clamorous movements, it has been brought to light that the U.S. attempt to launch a pre-emptive strike on our republic has become a brutal fact," the North's main Rodong Sinmun newspaper said in a commentary. The paper also accused the U.S. of deploying nuclear-powered aircraft and atomic-armed submarines in waters near the Korean peninsula, saying the moves prove "the U.S. pre-emptive nuclear war" on the North is imminent. The commentary, carried by the official Korean Central News Agency, said the North will bolster its nuclear arsenal in self-defense. The North routinely accuses the U.S. of plotting to invade the North. But the U.S., which has 28,500 troops in South Korea, has said it has no such plan. Read Full Article

Citizens Must Claim Rights: Founders Gave Juries the Right to Determine Law

Posted: 28 Jun 2009 11:23 PM PDT

The "Washington Post published a front page story entitled, "In Jury Rooms, a Form of Civil Protest Grows," last year. According to the Post article, jurors are not always following judges' instructions to the letter. The article recounted that sometimes in jury trials, when those facts which the judge chooses to allow into evidence indicate that the defendant broke the law, jurors look at the facts quite differently from the way the judge instructed them to. The jurors do not say, "On the basis of these facts the defendant is guilty.'' Instead, the jurors say, "On the basis of these facts the law is wrong," and they vote to acquit. Or, they may vote to acquit because they believe that the law is being unjustly applied, or because some government conduct in the case has been so egregious that they cannot reward it with a conviction. In short, a passion for justice invades the jury room. The jurors begin judging the law and the government, as well as the facts, and they render their verdict according to conscience. This is called jury nullification. Dr. Jack Kevorkian, recently convicted, was acquitted several times in the past, despite his admission of the government's facts, of assisting the suicide of terminally ill patients who wanted to die. Those acquittals were probably due to jury nullification. And Kevorkian might have been acquitted again if the trial judge had allowed him to present his evidence, testimony of the deceased's relatives, to the jury. A corollary of jury nullification is greater latitude for the jury to hear all of the evidence. The Post took a dim view of this and suggested that jury nullification is an aberration, a kind of unintended and unwanted side-effect of our constitutional system of letting juries decide cases. But the Post couldn't be more wrong. Far from being an unintended side-effect, jury nullification is explicitly authorized in the constitutions of 24 states........

A Jury's Rights, Powers, and Duties:

Posted: 28 Jun 2009 11:18 PM PDT

But does the jury's power to veto bad laws exist under our Constitution? It certainly does! At the time the Constitution was written, the definition of the term "jury" referred to a group of citizens empowered to judge both the law and the evidence in the case before it. Then, in the February term of 1794, the Supreme Court conducted a jury trial in the case of the State of Georgia vs. Brailsford1. The instructions to the jury in the first jury trial before the Supreme Court of the United States illustrate the true power of the jury. Chief Justice John Jay said: "It is presumed, that juries are the best judges of facts; it is, on the other hand, presumed that courts are the best judges of law. But still both objects are within your power of decision." (emphasis added) "...you have a right to take it upon yourselves to judge of both, and to determine the law as well as the fact in controversy"........

Michael Gartner: ".....prohibit the guns"

Posted: 28 Jun 2009 11:05 PM PDT

"There is no reason for anyone in this country, anyone except a police officer or a military person, to buy, to own, to have, to use a handgun. I used to think handguns could be controlled by laws about registration, by laws requiring waiting periods for purchasers, by laws making sellers check out the past of buyers. I now think the only way to control handgun use in this country is to prohibit the guns. And the only way to do that is to change the Constitution." -- Michael Gartner former president of NBC News

Dr. Dennis Cuddy -- The Occultic Wizard of Oz

Posted: 28 Jun 2009 11:01 PM PDT

In one of my recent columns, I referred to President Obama speaking at the University of Notre Dame. People were surprised that a Catholic university would give an honorary degree to a president who supports the right of women violently to kill their preborn babies by abortion. However, one must remember that the University's former head, Rev. Theodore Hesburgh, was head of the population-controlling Rockefeller Foundation for a number of years in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Fidelity editor E. Michael Jones said he met Prof. Sam Shapiro of the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, on July 4, 1984, and that Shapiro's wife who taught at Indiana University South Bend, was a strong supporter of abortion-rights. Jones also related that Shapiro told him of his concern that Prof. Gloria Kaufman, Shapiro's wife, had "demonic energy" and was a witch........

World Globalization of the Banking and Regulatory Structure, Part 1

Posted: 28 Jun 2009 10:57 PM PDT

BASEL, SWITZERLAND -The power base of the world has shifted…it is no longer in London, New York City, Washington D. C., or Tokyo. Neither is it in Beijing or Moscow. It is Basel, Switzerland. In 1930, the Bank for International Settlements-BIS was set up as a result of the Young Plan which was named after the man who presided over the Allied Reparation Committee, Owen D Young. Basel was chosen as its location because everyone could get on a train from anywhere in Europe to attend its meetings. When you walk out of the main train station, the BIS is within easy walking distance of one block. A modern 18 story high building belies the power it extends globally. There is nothing about the building that calls anyone's attention to it other than the plaque near the glass front doors that basically says it is private property. The world's power brokers walk to the BIS without fanfare and are set apart from the citizenry by their business suit and ID pass........

Italian Mafia Cashes in on Fake T-bills

Posted: 28 Jun 2009 06:09 PM PDT

One summer afternoon, two "Japanese" men in their 50s on a slow train from Italy to Switzerland said they had nothing to declare at the frontier point of Chiasso. But in a false bottom of one of their suitcases, Italian customs officers and ministry of finance police discovered a staggering $134bn in US Treasury bills. Whether the men are really Japanese, as their passports declare, is not entirely clear, but Italian and US secret services working together soon concluded that the bills and accompanying bank documents were most probably counterfeit, the latest han-diwork of the Italian Mafia. Few details have been revealed beyond a June 4 statement by the Italian finance police announcing the seizure of 249 US Treasury bills, each of $500m, and 10 "Kennedy" bonds, used as inter-government payments, of $1bn each. The men were apparently tailed by the Italian authorities.. Yesterday the mystery deepened as an Italian blog quoted Colonel Rodolfo Mecarelli of the Como provincial finance police as saying the two men had been released. The colonel and police headquarters in Rome both declined to respond to questions from the Financial Times. "They are all fraudulent, it's obvious. We don't even have paper securities outstanding for that value,'' said Mckayla Braden, senior adviser for public affairs at the Bureau of Public Debt at the US Treasury department. "This type of scam has been going on for years.'' The Treasury has not issued physical Treasury bonds since the 1980s - they are handled electronically - though they still issue savings bonds in paper format. In Washington a US Secret Service official said the agency, which is working with the Italian authorities, believed the bonds were fake. Officials in Tokyo were nonplussed. Takeshi Akamatsu, a Japanese foreign ministry press secretary, said Italian authorities had confirmed that two men carrying Japanese passports had been questioned in the bond case, but that Tokyo had not been informed of their names or current whereabouts. "We don't know where they are now," Mr Akamatsu said. Italian officials, while pointing out that hauls of counterfeit money and Treasury bills were not unusual, were stunned by the amount involved. Investigators are looking into the origin and destination of the fakes. Last month Italian prosecutors revealed they had cracked a $1bn bond scam run by the Sicilian Mafia, with the alleged aid of corrupt officials in Venezuela's central bank. Twenty people were arrested in four countries. The fake bonds were to have been used as collateral to open credit lines with banks, Reuters news agency reported. The Venezuelan central bank denied the accusations. By FT staff in Rome, Tokyo, New York and Washington

"Shhhh!.. You can't talk about that"

Posted: 28 Jun 2009 05:39 PM PDT

I think about this often. It's kind of comical to listen to all the talking heads rant and fight about the second amendment but then when someone actually talks about using it, immediately it becomes taboo and people run and hide like cock roaches in the cracks. You boast day in and day out about our right to bear arms but have no intention of ever using it or gor that matter you freak out when someone mentions using it. This is classic psychological warfare on the people by the elite where they sit back and laugh at us talking about our right to use arms to destroy a criminal government knowing we will never use the right let alone mention using it. Evidence that they, with grandiose success, have even us who are aware of the control grid, policing ourselves. Why talk about the second amendment when you are to damn scared to even talk about using it. The modern patriot is synonymous with coward. It's frankly a joke. "We will defeat them..." HHS extends liability shield to antivirals used for H1N1

Posted: 28 Jun 2009 03:57 PM PDT

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) recently provided a shield against damage claims related to the use of the antiviral drugs oseltamivir (Tamiflu) and zanamivir (Relenza) in the current H1N1 influenza pandemic. HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius signed a notice extending liability protection under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act. It was published in the Federal Register on Jun 19. The PREP Act allows the HHS secretary to provide liability protection related to the use of various medical measures against diseases that HHS determines to be health emergencies. Protections are already in place for the two antivirals when used against H5N1 influenza and for vaccines for H5N1 and other potential pandemic flu strains, among other drugs and vaccines........

Tasing of 72-year-old woman was appropriate, officials say

Posted: 28 Jun 2009 03:55 PM PDT

Travis County law enforcement officials are standing behind the actions of a constable who used a Taser on a 72-year-old woman during a May traffic stop, saying the officer acted properly in a dangerous situation. Deputy Constable Christopher Beize used a Taser on Kathryn Winkfein after she resisted arrest when he pulled her over for speeding, according to an incident report. Winkfein was driving west on Texas 71 in western Travis County on May 11 when Beize pulled her over, the report says. Beize wrote a citation for Winkfein for going 60 mph in a 45 mph construction zone, but the 4-foot-11-inch woman refused to sign it and told Beize that he was "going to have to take her to jail," the document says. Beize told her she was going to be arrested for refusing to promise to appear by signing the top of the citation, the report says........

America Closing Her Door to Freedom

Posted: 28 Jun 2009 02:47 PM PDT

At 47, I lament how today's America is far less free than the country of my youth. Replacing it is not a 1984ish totalitarian dictatorship, but what Alexis de Tocqueville called the "soft tyranny" of what Mark Levin sees as a 21st century "nanny state." We so feared a Stalin or Hitler that we ignored endless assaults on our liberty by idealistic home-grown statists and the seductive narcotic of ever more government goodies buying our acquiescence. What makes Americans' surrender to statism so shameful is that we freely chose this course in direct contravention of our founding principles. Nowhere have we seen such an accelerating atrophy of our freedom as in K-12 public schools, where recent decades have witnessed far more books banned, and not some print version of Debbie Does Dallas. No, literary classics like J.D. Salinger's Catcher in the Rye and Mark Twain's Huck Finn are verboten — required reading in those decadent days of my '70s high school. But educrats with the backbone of a large worm now avoid anything controversial........

The Nazi & the Admiral

Posted: 28 Jun 2009 01:54 PM PDT

On June 10 there was a fascist attack on the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington. African-American security guard Stephen Johns was shot and killed by long-time Hitler worshipper James von Brunn, who was wounded and then disarmed by another guard as schoolchildren visiting the museum scattered in terror.. The atrocity follows the May 31 assassination of abortion provider Dr. George Tiller in Kansas after a long campaign in the right-wing media against the doctor. In the U.S. corporate media, the fascist right is seldom linked to anti-Semitism and terrorism. The term "terrorist" is used overwhelmingly to slander Muslims, who are also depicted as against all Jewish people. However, MAS Freedom, a sister organization of the Muslim American Society, immediately condemned the attack on the Holocaust Museum as "not only an affront to the memory of millions of victims of Nazi genocide, but an attack on the values that all civilized peoples and nations hold dear. We offer our heartfelt condolences to the staff and supporters of the Museum, to the Jewish people, and especially to the family of Stephen Johns." On Dec. 7, 1981, the same James von Brunn had taken a sawed-off shotgun to the headquarters of the Federal Reserve Bank and attempted to kidnap board members. He spent six-and-a-half years in jail for that act, which could have turned out to be as bloody as the attack on the Holocaust Museum. Compare this with what happened to Leandro Andrade under California's "three strikes" law. He was sentenced to two consecutive prison terms of 25 years to life. His crime? Shoplifting nine videotapes. Two days before security guard Johns was killed, FBI Director Robert Mueller said his agency would continue to infiltrate mosques—not Nazi training camps, mosques. Targeting Muslims is a hate crime. But even the organizers of a Muslim charity can be framed. Five leaders of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development were recently sentenced to from 15 to 65 years in prison. Von Brunn is a notorious figure. How was he able to stage his attack on the Holocaust Museum, just a mile from FBI headquarters? Read more
